This is the dossier you will have to take with you during our walk and visit to the cathedral. The tasks to be done and space to take notes. You must keep it with you throughout the outing. We’ll revise it together before going.

    Would you describe Palma as a busy city , buzzing with live? All of us are agree that Palma is a lot of busy city and just a little buzzing with live.
    Were there signs directing you to emblematic buildings? All of us are agree that there were signs directing us to the most of emblematic buildings.
    Did you see many tourists? All of us are think that there were thousands of tourists.
    Did you see many people using bicycles? All of us are agree that there were many using bicycles.
    Were shops full of people? All of us are agree that in shops were enough people.
    What about cafes? All of us are agree that the cafes were full of tourists.
    What was traffic like? All of us are agree that traffic there was less traffic than at 8’00 o’clock.
    Were the streets clean? All of us are agree that the sreets are not much clean.
    What was the noise level? All of us are agree that the noise level was medium or loud.
    Other. All of us are agree that Palma is very different at the morning in weekdays. We have like it very much.

    General reflections on Palma’s athmosphere by ALMUDAINA PALACE

    1.Would you describe Palma as a busy city, buzzing with life? Yes, we would describe Palma as a busy and lively city.

    2.Were there signs directing you to emblematic buildings? Yes, all of us agreed that there were sings most of the time directing us to emblematic buildings.

    3.Did you see many tourists? Yes, we did.

    4.Did you see many people using bicycles? Only one of us saw many people using bicycles.

    5.Were shops full of people? No, there weren’ t many people in the shops.

    6.What about the cafes? Only one of us agreed that the cafes were full.

    7.What was traffic like? All of us agreed that there were a lot of traffic.

    8.Were the streets clean? All of us agreed that some of the streets were clean and some very dirty.

    9.What was the noise level? We all of us agreed that the noise level was 5.

    SUERVEY ON CITY LIFE:
    1: We think Palma is a busy city in some parts.
    2:We saw many signs to tourist attractions.
    3:Yes we look many tourist and interviewed a seven tourists.
    4: Yes we look many people.
    5:Had,a lot of tourist were in the shops
    6:We observed that in the cafes no there many people
    7: Depend the parts because in the Santa Magdalena square it hasn’t got many traffic and Borne it has got many traffic.
    8:We believe It depends of the street for example the pedestrian streets.

    9:We think that some parts in the city the level noise is high i in others no.
    10:We like the cathedral because it’s good for the tourist and it is so beautifull.

    First we started at the Tubo Square.
    Thenaw a crossed “Via Roma”.
    After we stopped at the Snt.Magdalena square.
    Then we crossed Snt.Jaume street and stopped Snt. Jaume square.
    Then we passed the “passeig del Born.”
    A the finaly we arrived at the cathedral.
    On the way back: we crossed the Palau Reial.
    We stopped at Cort square.
    We crossed at the Colom street and Higher Square.
    We crossed Snt. Miquel street and the Olms.
    At the end we arrived Tubo Square.

    We started in “Plaza del Tubo”, later we went a long Via Roma street, then we turned right to Sta. Magdalena church, after we stoped in the Sant Jaume church. We passed all of Sant Jaume street and we stoped at the “Born”,we went a long the “Born” and ” s’hort del rei”. Then we went inside the cathedral. Later we interviewed the tourists around the cathedral. We went to “Cort”, and stoped in, we crossed the Colom street and “Plaza Mayor” and staight on in Sant Miquel street, then we turned left at the Oms street, we crossed it and finally we went again at the Ramon Llull.

    First we started in Avinguda Portugal. Then we went to Via Roma and we went straight on until the end. In the end of Via Roma we turn right and we went to Santa Magdalena square. After we went to Sant Jaume street until the Rei Joan Calrles. we went straight on until Reina square. Below we turn right and we up the stairs of Costa de la Seu. After we went in to the cathedral. Then we went to Sant Pere Nolasc street. Later we went to Zanglada street and we went to Almudaina. Next we went to town hall in Cort square. Then we went straight on until Major square. Went we past the Major square we went to Sant Miquel street until the end. At the end of Sant Miquel street we turn left at the Oms street. Finally we went to Via Roma and at the end we turn left at Avinguda portugal that is were the High School.

    Later, we walked and stopped in front of Santa Magdalena church.

    We walked to the cathedral and we interviewed the tourists in the
    Bishop’ s Garden.
    Later we passed to Palau Reial and stopped at Cort square in front of the town hall.
    We went straight and we crossed the Plaça Major.

    Finally, we finish the outing at the Ramon Llull.

    We started at “Plaça del Tub”. Then, we went to “Via Roma” and after we went to “Santa Magdalena”. Then, we continued to “Sant Jaume’s” street. After, we crossed “Born” and we went to “The Cathedral”.
    Then, we through to “Plaça de Cort” and we passed “Colom” and we arrived to “Plaça Major”. We passed “Sant Miquel” an “Oms”. And finally, we returned to “Plaça del Tub”.

    First we have taken to go to cathedral and then have been we go straight on Via Roma crossing Plz. St. Magdalena and then we turn right to Sant Jaume St.
    Then took very small streets to go to Pza. Rei Joan Carles. Go sraight on Passeig del Born and turn left to go up to Conqueridor St, then turn right at Victoria to eat something at Bishop’s Garden at last see the cathedral.
    We stopped 6 time in our way :
    -At Sta.Magdelena church.
    -At St. Jaume church
    -At Pza.Joan Carles to lisent Biel’s explanation
    -At Bishop’s Garden to eat something.
    -We will stop at the wall to tell us tale about on its history

    First we go straight on Via Roma crossing Plz. St. Magdalena and then we turn right to Sant Jaume St.
    Then took very small streets to go to Pza. Rei Joan Carles. Go sraight on Passeig des Born and turn left to go up to Conqueridor St, then turn right at Victoria to eat something at Bishop’s Garden. Keep going until you see the Cathedral. It’s situated between the Almudaina Palace and Bishop’s Garden, over the Parc de la Mar.
